Senior Manager, Software Development Location: Hybrid 2 days per week onsite; Princeton, NJ, New York, NY, Charlottesville, VA, Englewood, CO, Raleigh, NC. Team Overview: Join the Corporate Finance IT EPM Team, which is responsible for managing Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. This includes various aspects of Financial Reporting, Revenue, Corporate, Statutory, and Tax reporting, as well as Chart of Accounts & Hierarchies Master Data management (EDMCS), Consolidations (FCCS), Reconciliations (ARCS), Finance Cubes development and management (EPBCS), and Financial Close processes in a techno‑functional project development environment.
Impact: Support business in overseeing accounting period close and consolidation processes through administration of financial systems. The individual should have a thorough understanding of systems/technology required for reporting, reconciliation processes, audit requests, and ensure compliance with SOX policies and procedures related to financial accounting. Responsibilities Act as Administrator to Oracle EPM modules, such as Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), Planning (PBCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), and custom applications.
Support financial professionals in areas such as Corporate Controllers, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Divisional Finance both domestic and international to achieve defined outcomes. Work with the latest cutting‑edge technologies including various automation and agentic initiatives. Participate in M&A/Divestitures, new projects, design reviews, solution workshops, quality assurance, and solution recommendations.
Maintain confidentiality of non‑public data and information. Perform flexible working hours based on key monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting periods and priority issue resolution. Submit audit requests as required and on a timely basis.
Maintain documentation of all processes. Ensure accurate workload management; understand contributions to the overall end‑to‑end process; meet deadlines. Work independently, be accountable for processes/tasks performed.
Learn new systems and processes as opportunities arise. Qualifications Required degree with minimum 6 years of experience with financial knowledge. Hands‑on experience in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) PBCS, FCCS, or ARCS applications.
Hands‑on experience with EPM SmartView and Microsoft Office Products, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal financial community and IT partners at all levels including executive management. Proactive in issue resolution and adept at managing multiple priorities in fast‑paced environments.
Capable of delivering with accuracy. Able to work independently with clear accountability and sound escalation judgment. Nice to know: Oracle EPM EDMCS or EPCM modules.

Right to work requirements This role is open only for candidates with indefinite right to work within the USA. Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only) S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $140,000 – $170,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
