About the Role The Manager \Senior Manager - OEM Sales will be responsible for driving business development, engaging with OEM clients, and coordinating marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and product adoption. Responsibilities Business Development & Lead Generation: Drive inquiries for A.C. motors, gearboxes, and power transmission products across assigned regions.Strategically build product and brand awareness through targeted outreach and regional engagement. OEM Client Engagement & Conversion: Interface directly with OEM motor customers to understand requirements and promote product adoption.Execute aggressive follow-up strategies to facilitate brand switchovers from competing suppliers.

Marketing Coordination & Brand Promotion: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute advertising campaigns using suitable media channels.Represent the company in trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, and mass marketing initiatives (both offline and online).Contribute to the design and distribution of product literature and promotional materials. Product Development Collaboration: Liaise with the Product Engineering Group to support new product development based on market feedback and OEM requirements.Provide insights on product performance and customer expectations to guide innovation. Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and manage a structured inquiry database for tracking leads, customer interactions, and conversion metrics.Generate periodic reports for internal review and strategic planning.

Organizational Development Support: Participate in training sessions, workshops, and initiatives that contribute to overall organizational growth and capabil ity building. Additional Responsibilities: Execute any other tasks or activities assigned by the reporting head, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.
