We are looking to hire a Marketing / Business Development professional for one of our clients in the manufacturing industry. The details are: Position: Senior Manager - Marketing Department: Sales & Marketing Location: Mumbai Industry Preference: Refractory (Mandatory) Experience: 5+ Years in Refractory Industry Job Description: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Identify and generate new business opportunities in steel, cement, power, foundry, and other refractory-consuming industries. Handle key customer accounts and negotiate commercial terms. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–7 Marketing Executives. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, market intelligence reports, and management presentations. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Refractory Industry. Proven experience in B2B marketing and sales of refractory products.

Experience in handling and leading a team of 5–7 executives. Strong exposure to key industrial sectors such as Steel, Cement, Power, Foundry, and Mining.
