Growth Marketing Manager
Biizline
Job Description
About Biizline Biizline is a B2B order management platform built for India's MSME manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers. We help businesses move their order books off WhatsApp, Excel and phone calls, and onto one simple digital system that their customers and salespeople can actually use. We are headquartered in Ahmedabad and are currently in our growth phase, expanding across India's industrial clusters with a small, hands-on team.
Role Summary We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to take full ownership of marketing at Biizline. This is a single point of contact role. You will shape and drive our marketing strategy, manage all of our external agencies and creators, run campaigns across channels, and report results directly to the CEO and CMO.
You will also be hands-on, getting into the work yourself rather than only delegating it. This role suits someone who is equally comfortable thinking about strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute. You enjoy owning outcomes end to end, you hold partners accountable, and you bring clarity to a function that currently has many moving parts and no single owner.
Reporting Structure The Growth Marketing Manager reports jointly to the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Marketing Officer. You will work closely with both on direction and priorities, and you will be the person responsible for turning that direction into a working marketing engine. All external marketing partners and creators will coordinate through you.
Key Responsibilities Marketing strategy and planning Own the overall marketing strategy for Biizline, developed in partnership with the CEO and CMO, and translate it into clear quarterly and monthly plans. Define channel priorities and budgets , decide where to spend and where to stop, and make the case for what deserves more investment. Keep the strategy grounded in our market , which means simple, practical messaging for Indian MSME owners who are price-sensitive and not always comfortable in English.
Agency and vendor management Be the single point of contact for every external partner, including SEO, performance marketing, video and reel creators, and graphic designers. Brief, manage and review all agency work, hold partners to deadlines and quality, and replace what is not delivering results. Maintain one shared tracker so that every campaign, asset and deliverable has a clear owner and a due date.
Campaign and channel execution Run day to day execution across our paid and organic channels, including Meta, Google, WhatsApp, content and SEO, and creator led activity. Do the hands-on work yourself where needed , including setting up campaigns, writing and editing briefs and copy, reviewing creative, and managing the publishing calendar. You will not hand off everything to agencies.
Coordinate marketing support for our wider go to market channels, such as channel partners, industrial associations, events and exhibitions, and referral networks. Performance reporting and analytics Own a weekly marketing report for the CEO and CMO covering leads, pipeline, spend, channel performance and agency output, written in plain numbers. Monitor campaigns closely , flag problems early, and come with solutions rather than only status updates.
Tie marketing to real outcomes , which means qualified leads and paying customers, not vanity metrics. Broader Professional Responsibilities In addition to owning marketing strategy and campaigns, this person will help build the marketing function itself. The role requires someone who can create structure, work across teams, represent the brand externally, and take responsibility for outcomes beyond individual campaigns.
Build the function, not just campaigns. Create the processes, documentation, and tools that future marketers can build on, so the work is repeatable and not dependent on one person. Work closely across teams.
Partner with sales, product, and the founders to keep marketing connected to revenue, customer needs, and product direction. Represent Biizline externally. Act as the marketing face of Biizline with agencies, creators, partners, and at events, while maintaining professionalism and protecting the brand.
Manage the budget responsibly. Plan and track marketing spend, negotiate fairly with vendors, and use company money with care and accountability. Help grow the team.
As marketing expands, support hiring, onboarding, and guiding junior marketers or interns, while setting a clear standard for how the team works. Communicate clearly and early. Raise issues before they become problems, keep the CEO and CMO informed without waiting to be asked, and follow through on commitments.
Ways of Working at Biizline We are a small, fast moving team, and we value the way someone works as much as what they deliver. We value ownership over titles. The best idea wins, and the person closest to the work makes the call.
We prefer simple over fancy, action over long meetings, and honest feedback over diplomacy. We move quickly and adapt often. Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to wear multiple hats matter at this stage.
We build for Bharat's businesses, so we stay close to real customers and keep our work practical and grounded. Candidate Requirements Essential 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, ideally from an agency, a D2C brand, or a startup where you managed several workstreams at once. A track record of both planning marketing and executing it hands-on, not only managing from a distance.
Proven experience managing agencies or external vendors and holding them accountable to results. Comfort with numbers and tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Google Analytics, and the ability to explain performance in simple language. Strong organisation and follow through.
You work from trackers and briefs, and nothing slips through the cracks. Fluency in Hindi or Gujarati and English, and a real understanding of how Indian MSME owners think and buy. Based in Ahmedabad, or genuinely willing to relocate.
Preferred Exposure to B2B or SaaS marketing, especially to MSME or industrial audiences. Hands-on experience with WhatsApp marketing and creator or reel led distribution. Working knowledge of persuasion and consumer psychology in copy and creative.
Familiarity with a CRM such as Zoho and basic marketing automation. How to Apply Send your CV along with a short note describing one marketing channel or campaign that you personally took from messy to working, including what you changed and the result. Email your application to
