Job Description

Oversight of Nutrien’s Change Management Office as a Senior Manager, focusing on change enablement and enterprise-wide governance. Ensure that the organization is ready and able to sustain impactful change initiatives. In this pivotal role under the Corporate PMO, you’ll lead initiatives around change strategy, governance practices, and develop OCM capabilities across the enterprise.

Your leadership will facilitate resource optimization and continuous improvement in change processes, enhancing overall business readiness. Key Responsibilities Formulate and enhance change management strategies. Guide leaders on cross-portfolio change implications.

Manage engagements of OCM personnel and contractors. Establish and uphold change enablement tools and frameworks. Evaluate change effectiveness through defined metrics.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business or IT. Minimum 10 years in project leadership roles. Certifications in project and change management preferred.
