About the Team The Finance Controllership team at Navi is responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s financial activities, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards. The team manages day-to-day accounting operations, monitors financial health, and drives initiatives to enhance financial performance and transparency. About the Role This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead core financial operations and reporting in a regulated NBFC environment.

It involves managing statutory compliance, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.
