Finance Manager

CA Qualified (Mandatory) 6-10+ years of relevant experience in Top 10 Accounting firm Prior experience in UAE/GCC region preferred Strong leadership and team management capabilities Roles & Responsibilities Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, corporate tax, and statutory requirements. Oversee audits and coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management. Review internal controls and implement process improvements for efficient financial operations. Support business decision-making through financial analysis, MIS, and reporting. Manage team performance and ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations.
