Tesor Designs is a boutique interior design firm specializing in customized interior design to create beautiful homes that delight clients. The position is based out of our Kalyan Nagar studio.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Design Lead located in (HRBR Layout) Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore. Design Lead will be responsible for leading a team of designers and engaging with high-value design projects, developing concepts and design solutions, managing project timelines & team productivity, quality control & process adherence, and handling client concerns.
Qualifications
- Passionate About Design!
- Minimum 3 years of experience in turnkey interior & luxury interior design
- Able to handle a team of 3-4 members
- At least 1 year of experience in team management & client handling
- Expertise in Space Planning, Architecture, and Interior Design
- Experience in preparing & reviewing construction drawings
- Familiar with Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E)
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of interior standards & guidelines
- Experience in luxury residential design is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
