Senior Infrastructure Automation Engineer

Role: Senior Infrastructure Automation / Platform Engineer Core Focus: Build a policy-driven automation engine for access & infra provisioning Drive GitOps + compliance automation + multi-platform integration Ensure RBAC, IAM, and policy enforcement across systems Primary Stack: Python, Terraform, Helm Kubernetes (core) GitLab, JFrog, SonarQube Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry ✅ 2. Must-Have Skills (Recruiter Checklist) Use this for resume shortlisting: ✅ 8+ years in DevOps / Platform / SRE ✅ Strong Python (not just scripting – actual logic & services) ✅ Hands-on Terraform (modules + state mgmt) ✅ Kubernetes (RBAC, namespaces, multi-tenancy) ✅ Integrations experience: GitLab APIs JFrog Artifactory SonarQube ✅ IAM / RBAC / SSO understanding ✅ Observability tools: Prometheus Grafana ELK / OpenTelemetry ✅ 3.
