Senior Healthcare Plan Configuration Analyst Position Overview Newly created role as a Configuration Analyst (managed healthcare plans) to configure, test and maintain system setups that power claims processing benefits, eligibility and other critical health plan functions. Key Responsibilities Configure, test and maintain QNXT system components supporting claims, benefits and eligibility Analyze existing configurations and recommend improvements to streamline processing and performance Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and processing issues Support release management and change control activities Ensure system setups align with regulatory and compliance standards Participate in cross functional projects Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience with QNXT configuration , administration, or support Strong experience with coding and testing: SQL Server , SSIS, SSRS, C# and VB.NET Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or equivalent professional experience Knowledge of managed healthcare plan claims processes Benefits 2 Weeks of PTO/Vacation Paid Holidays Employer Paid Medical, Dental, Vision Life Insurance Employer Paid Retirement with 15% Employer Contribution - You do not need to contribute!
