Located in Houston, TX, RevoChem is dedicated to empowering its clients with innovative and reliable solutions. Key Responsibilities - Project management from scoping, proposal, execution (overlook progress of the lab and data team) to final delivery - Prepare, deliver and present final project report by integrating RevoChem data with other reservoir information (production data, petrophysical data, etc. ) to provide insight on reservoir performance - Write and present technical papers on professional conferences - Communicate with clients on project progress, answer clients’ (both technical and logistical) questions related to the projects - Support Business Development by giving presentations, attending conferences and social events, etc - Assist with the team to improve products and develop new products by providing technical guidance on geology, unconventional reservoir field development, and reservoir performance interpretation - Educate and guide clients to use the data for their field development decision - Interface with clients to deliver results, collect feedback, and explore new business expansion opportunities - Assist with management on strategic planning in terms of geochemical data analytics & mining, data management, and new data applications. - 5 to 20% domestic travel is anticipated Preferred Qualifications - M.S. or Ph.D. in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geochemistry, or other related disciplines - Dedicated, eager and fast learner - Strong communication skills both in written and verbally - Previous upstream oil & gas industry, particularly unconventional reservoir experience strongly preferred but not required - Leadership potential
