The Role: We’re looking for a sharp, agile Senior Financial Analyst to drive insights and decision-making across our portfolio. You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving complex business puzzles, can distill data into clear direction, and know how to operate within a fast-paced, high-growth hospitality environment. This is more than spreadsheets—it’s strategy, storytelling, and leadership by numbers.

Key Responsibilities: Partner with Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to develop and maintain financial models that support key strategic initiatives Analyze performance across a multi-brand, multi-state structure, identifying opportunities for cost optimization, revenue growth, and margin improvement Build detailed P&L forecasts, scenario planning tools, and ROI models for new store openings, menu innovations, and promotional activity Consolidate financials and business KPIs across multiple restaurant concepts and legal entities, working closely with Accounting Lead monthly business reviews and deliver clear, actionable insights to cross-functional teams Support annual budgeting and long-range planning processes through 3 statement modeling Assist in capital planning, debt modeling, and financing support as the group continues to scale Develop and automate dashboards and tools that increase visibility and speed up decision-making Preparation of quarterly presentations to the board of directors Regular involvement in period-end close processes, as well as financial review and assistance in yearly audit What We’re Looking For: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-unit operations Strong fluency in financial modeling, forecasting, and building complex Excel models Experience navigating and simplifying complex org structures (franchises, multi-concept brands, or holding companies a plus) Excellent communication skills—you can make numbers make sense to non-financial audiences Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI) and ERP/financial systems (Oracle EPM, Hyperion SmartView, etc.) Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and adapting to rapid change Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
