Senior Financial Analyst – Revenue Assurance North Phoenix, AZ (Contract-to-Hire) I’m partnered with a large environmental services organization here in Phoenix that is looking to bring on a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue assurance and drive impact across the business. This is a highly visible, strategic role focused on identifying revenue leakage , improving processes, and partnering with both field teams and corporate leadership to influence growth and pricing strategy. What you’ll be doing: Assess large portfolios to identify and resolve revenue leakage opportunities Build and enhance frameworks, tools, and reporting to monitor revenue performance Design and document scalable processes around revenue management Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership teams Deliver data-driven insights to support pricing and overall business growth What they’re looking for: 3+ years of experience in revenue assurance, finance, pricing, billing, or related areas Advanced Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, macros) + strong SQL skills Ability to work with large, complex datasets and turn insights into action Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience in waste, logistics, or subscription-based industries is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving complex problems, and driving real business impact in a fast-paced environment.
