Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to assist with financial analysis, monitor properties’ financial and physical conditions for elevated risk situations, and communicate such risks effectively. The candidate will provide quality, efficient services in line with investor requirements, support borrowers and other departments, and ensure that practices, policies, and procedures optimize the use of technology and staff resources.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the quality review of NKF databases and reporting tools.
• Assist in developing and maintaining proprietary reports.
• Support compliance-related activities such as financial statement processing, inspection receipt, database management, etc.
• Review financial statements within the assigned portfolio and report findings promptly to investors, master servicers, and senior management.
• Escalate risk indicators to asset managers and communicate significant issues to senior management.
• Recommend transferring problem loans to Loss Mitigation.
• Monitor borrower compliance with loan documents and enforce actions as necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Effective collaboration across organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields.
• GSE experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel 10-20%.
