Role-FINANCIAL ANALYST WORK HOURS-4 TO5 Hours(remote and flexible) COMPENSATION-55K Gross per month Project duration-3 months Responsibilities Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity fir public market investing,M&A and capital raising transactions Prepare pitchbooks,IM(information memoranda),management presentations and client deliverables support due diligience processes,data room management and coordination with legal,tax and accounting advisors Conduct detailed industry and company research including market sizing and competitive bench marking Assist in deal execution tasks including preparation of investment teasers,analysis of capital raising syndication and M&A transaction documentation Collaborate on deal strategy formulation,client outreach and executive monitoring Prior experience with VC and Investment banks would be a advantage Qualifications 4+ years' of relevant experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong quantitative financial skills If this is what you are looking for, please connect on and we can take it further!
