Job Description: Portfolio Analyst Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: 4-6 years Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst who will play a critical part in driving strategic execution, OKR governance, executive reporting, and communications across the Infrastructure and Platforms organization. This role will be instrumental in ensuring day-to-day priorities are tracked, communicated and delivered with precision and clarity. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting materials for Monthly Operating Reviews (MOR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), and other leadership forums.

Craft and deliver strategic communications, including internal updates, leadership presentations, and stakeholder engagement materials. Design and produce high-impact executive presentations, translating complex data into clear, compelling narratives. Support OKR tracking and performance management across CTO service towers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Provide program and project oversight by coordinating milestone tracking, risk/issue management across CTO Chapters. Act as a trusted deputy to the Chief of Staff, flexing across planning, operations, and communications as needed. Coordinate “CTO Wide” event planning such as Town Halls and Leadership offsite meetings.

Lead data collection and analysis across a variety of CTO work in partnership with IT Finance, HR, CTO Leadership, and Portfolio Leads. Serve in a ‘utility role’, providing support as needed across the Office of the CTO. Required Skills & Experience : 4-6 years of experience in project management, business operations, or executive communications within a technology or enterprise environment.

Proven ability to manage OKRs, performance metrics, and executive-level reporting. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership. Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with Clarity, Apptio, or similar tools a plus. High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization. Nice to Have Experience with a Project Management or Chief of Staff role supporting senior leadership within a technology organization Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies Experience with financial planning, compliance tracking, or vendor coordination What We Offer Collaborative work environment with global teams.
