Senior Finance Executive

Your new company A prestigious full-service law firm, headquartered in Dublin 4, is seeking to hire an experienced Senior Finance Executive on a permanent full-time basis. This role offers hybrid and flexible working following a probationary period, opportunities for growth and provides a salary of up to €65,000 DOE. Your new role Your new role will involve supporting the financial controller with month-end processes, management accounts, financial reporting, and control procedures.

You'll be preparing journals, accruals, prepayments, depreciation postings, and intercompany reconciliations. Manage the accounting ledgers for the firm's service and UK entities, including monthly recharges. You will also be responsible for the management of the monthly end-to-end payroll processes in Ireland and the UK for 150+ staff using Micropay.

Along with this, you will perform balance sheet reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and review general ledger activity. You will ensure compliance with Law Society Regulations and maintain strong client account controls. What you'll need to succeed To be successful, you'll need to have a minimum of 6+ years' experience in a similar finance role.

Experience within the legal or professional services sector is highly beneficial. Part/fully qualified ACCA or equivalent is advantageous. You will have experience processing payroll, strong knowledge of financial control processes and reconciliations, and excellent communication skills.
