Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst to join our APAC Finance team on a six‑month contract. Reporting to the Director of Finance – APAC, you’ll play a key role in supporting the regional finance function through month‑end and year‑end reporting, forecasting, management reporting and business partnering. Working closely with Project Finance Managers across the region, you’ll help deliver timely, accurate financial information while supporting continuous improvements to reporting processes and stakeholder engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into an established environment, building strong relationships and making an immediate contribution within a collaborative regional finance team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the month‑end and year‑end reporting process for the APAC region.
  • Prepare regional P&L reporting, executive reporting and monthly management reporting packs.
  • Support monthly forecasting, budgeting and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Partner with Project Finance Managers to prepare financial and programme performance commentary, ensuring key business drivers, risks and opportunities are reflected in management reporting.
  • Build effective relationships with Project Finance Managers and regional finance stakeholders across APAC.
  • Consolidate financial information from multiple stakeholders into accurate and meaningful reporting.
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise finance reporting processes and workflows.
  • Document reporting processes to improve consistency, efficiency and business continuity.
  • Support adhoc financial analysis and reporting requirements.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified.
  • Approximately 5–8 years’ experience in FP&A, management reporting, commercial finance or project finance.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting month‑end and year‑end close.
  • Experience preparing regional P&L reporting, forecasting and executive reporting.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to build, troubleshoot and optimise financial models and reporting.
  • Project finance experience highly regarded.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI desirable.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and intellectual curiosity.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while building effective relationships across a regional business.
