About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Executive Assistant and Business Partner to the CEO. This pivotal role is dedicated to the mission of saving and improving lives by empowering healthcare consumers. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner and force multiplier, responsible for managing the CEO's time and priorities with precision and judgment.
This includes owning and managing the CEO's calendar, preparing for meetings, and ensuring the CEO is focused on the company's most important priorities. The role also involves running executive office operations, supporting board, investor, and public company activities, and building strong executive relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience in a similar role, with a background in supporting executives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
To excel in this position, candidates must have a strong skill set in calendar management, travel coordination, meeting planning, and executive support. Experience with senior executives, board members, investors, and confidential information is essential. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and AI productivity tools is necessary, with a strong inclination to use new tools for continuous improvement. The candidate should be flexible, able to manage competing priorities, and stay calm under pressure. Preferred qualifications include experience with board meeting preparation, investor relations, and a background in improving executive office processes.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also preferred.
