Job Description
Key Responsibilities Lead the functional delivery of Epicor Manufacturing modules. Gather business requirements and translate them into Epicor solutions. Configure and optimise MRP, Production, Scheduling, MES, Inventory and Supply Chain processes.
Facilitate workshops with production, planning and operations teams. Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training. Provide best practice guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Work alongside technical consultants, project managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Required Experience Extensive experience delivering Epicor ERP implementations within manufacturing environments. Strong functional knowledge of: Manufacturing Production Management MRP Scheduling Inventory Management Supply Chain MES / Shop Floor Data Collection Experience leading client workshops and business process mapping.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to improve manufacturing processes using Epicor. Experience across Epicor 10 and/or Kinetic is highly desirable.
Desirable Multi-site manufacturing implementation experience. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles. Experience supporting ERP upgrades or cloud migrations.
Exposure to BAQs, Dashboards and reporting.
