Senior Engineer - Engineering Information Control

EIC (Engineering Information Control) - Mission of Organization: To Contribute the improvement of design quality / work efficiency in IGCs (Indian Group Companies) through the activity of Operation/Planning/Management about Engineering Information based on Japan's Global Policy. Responsibility of Organization: Engineering system management in IGCs Job Responsibilities: Support of System utilization New system installaton Product drawing / specification verification after release from design div. Customer drawings & specification management on design portal.

Access authority of drawings & standards to user Support for engineering information activities to user (like: support related to drawing portal issue, CAD tool operation, drawing/standard release related issues etc.) Design portal management for credentials update, access rights control, deplyoment of new rule or revision Handling new drawing management system (like Team center). Handling new purchase, AMC (Annual Mentainance Charge) , license/version updates of various design tools & applications Co-ordinate & arrange training program on NX, CATIA and internal design application to user Required Skills / Knowledge: Drawing & design document control Drawing part number system New drawing & Engineering change release National & international standard control Design tools or portal management (new purchase, AMC/licensing, deplyoment) Meeting & coordination with internal or external Must have acumen to learn new systems & operation Presentation to explain new system / to train members
