Automation Engineer

2+ Years Exp Mandatory Key Responsibilities: Development, programming, and troubleshooting of Beckhoff PLC systems using ST / FB languages. Design and develop SCADA / HMI applications integrated with Access Database or SQL Database reporting systems. Configure, debug, and optimize machine automation sequences and control logic.

Perform testing, commissioning, and FAT/SAT at customer sites when required. Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues in automation systems. Prepare technical documentation, reports, and manuals.

Collaborate with the electrical & software design teams for seamless project execution. Required Skills & Expertise: Hands-on experience with Beckhoff PLC programming. Strong knowledge of Structured Text (ST) and Function Block (FB) programming languages.

Experience in SCADA development with database integration (MS Access / SQL). Good knowledge of electronic and electrical circuit wiring. Understanding of field sensors, actuators, control components, and communication protocols.

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics / wiring diagrams. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Soft Skills: Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team. Customer-oriented and willing to travel for commissioning support when required. Qualification B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields. 2 years of experience as Automation Engineer.
