Job Description
Role Overview This person will support Windows endpoints for C-level executives and revenue-generating business units. This role blends high-touch executive engagement with deep technical troubleshooting across systems, networking, and infrastructure layers. Direct desktop support and administration paired with remote tickets and phone support.
Success in this role requires strong endpoint engineering capability, excellent judgment, and the ability to operate calmly under pressure in a fast-paced financial environment. Onsite presence is required 5 days per week. Required Experience 5–8 years of experience in endpoint engineering, mobility engineering, or senior desktop engineering Provide white-glove technical support to financial services executives and high-impact business teams Troubleshoot complex endpoint, connectivity, and performance issues with urgency and discretion Serve as escalation point for advanced endpoint and mobility incidents Triage issues based on severity and business impact, coordinating with leadership or vendors as needed Advanced expertise with Microsoft Intune / Microsoft Endpoint Manager, including: Conditional Access, Device compliance and configuration policies, MDM & MAM for iOS and Android Experience configuring and managing Windows Autopilot and Windows OSD creation/maintenance Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy (GPOs) Hands-on PowerShell scripting for automation and device management Strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge materials Why This Role?
