Overview
In this role you will own the go-to-market for Viber’s consumer offerings, shaping positioning and launch strategy to drive global growth. You will lead the product marketing engine spanning consumer and business needs, partnering with product, regional teams, and partnerships to scale adoption. The role centers on turning product roadmaps into compelling launches, narratives, and activation plans.
You’ll craft globally resonant stories and adapt them to diverse markets, while nurturing growth across the full product funnel. This is a builder role focused on measurable impact and expanding Viber’s super-app value proposition.
Responsibilities- Define product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for each product and audience segment
- Create globally resonant narratives and adapt them for local markets and cultures
- Develop messaging strategies that map to activation, engagement, and monetization
- Translate roadmap milestones into engaging launch plans
- Own marketing strategy for core communication experiences (messaging and calls) to drive habitual use by hundreds of millions
- Lead GTM for strategic partnerships to drive user growth and expand super-app value
- Develop GTM plans for monetization products (eSIM, Viber Plus) from positioning to conversion
- Collaborate with Product, Business, and regional teams to identify and activate growth levers across the funnel
- Own product marketing end-to-end and provide strategic direction to regional marketing leads
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing
- Proven track record in B2C consumer apps with a global footprint
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, engagement, and retention without relying on mass spend
- Data-driven with KPIs, funnel and retention analysis to inform decisions
- Exceptional storytelling and positioning skills
- Strong execution instincts
- Experience working across global, matrixed organizations and cultures
- Excellent written and spoken English
