Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join a talented creative team.

As a Senior Digital Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning and effective digital design projects for our clients. You will work closely with a team of designers, art directors, copywriters, and account managers to bring our clients' visions to life in the digital space. Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and client objectives.

Develop innovative and visually compelling digital design concepts for websites, landing pages, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns. Create and optimize graphics, animations, and multimedia content to ensure high-quality user experiences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continuously improve design processes.

Provide art direction, guidance, and mentorship to junior designers to maintain a high level of design quality and creativity. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and deliver designs that align with clients' brand identities and marketing goals. Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internal stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Ensure that all designs are responsive, user-friendly, and accessible for various digital platforms and devices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). 5 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital design projects. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Sketch, and other relevant tools.

In-depth knowledge of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles. Strong understanding of web design, responsive design, and mobile design best practices. Experience with video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to clients and team members. A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying on the cutting edge of digital design trends. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
