Senior Demand Planner

Our client, a leading international company in the FMCG sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Demand Planner to join its Supply Chain team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Demand Planning professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across functions to deliver accurate forecasts and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end demand planning process for assigned product categories.
• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights.
• Drive the monthly Demand Review process within the S&OP/IBP cycle.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams to align demand assumptions.
• Identify forecast risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to improve accuracy and business performance.
• Build alignment across multiple stakeholders through strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, bias, and key planning KPIs, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support new product launches, promotional activities, and portfolio changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Demand Planning within the FMCG industry.
• Solid experience in S&OP/IBP processes.
• Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SAP APO, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, or similar planning tools is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
• English proficiency: C1 level or above (mandatory)
