Hiring: Application Developer – Open Source (Delphi) Location: USA (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote – based on client need) Job Type: Contract Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Delphi Application Developer to join our team and support a critical enterprise application (Mortgage Director). This role involves working on legacy and modernized systems, improving performance, and contributing to scalable, high-quality application development. Key Responsibilities Design and develop modular applications using Delphi Work with VCL (Visual Component Library) and/or FMX (FireMonkey) frameworks Handle event-driven programming and build reusable components Maintain and enhance medium-to-large codebases Improve performance, scalability, and code quality of existing applications Perform code reviews and guide junior developers Develop data-driven applications using datasets, queries, and components Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business requirements
