Apparel Developer (Beaverton)

Role: Technical Developer II, Global Accessories Location: Beaverton, OR 12+ Months Contract A minimum of 3-5 years directly relevant work experience in Apparel, Knit, or Accessories product development experience with an eye towards craft and quality. Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Strong knowledge of the Knit product development process from inception through production, including raw material, knit structure, costing, manufacturing, and machinery. Ability to creat product specs and along with interpreting design intent and offering alternative solutions when appropriate. Ability to act as a technical resource and lead initiatives through high energy and positive influence. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to excel in a deadline driven environment. Ability to manage multiple projects across accessory classifications seasonally. Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with attention to detail and process orientation. Proficiency with MS Office programs and confident using Adobe Illustrator and CAD Pattern Design software. Experience with CLO/Optitex/Browzwear/VStitcher/Lotta a plus.

Experience working with factories and vendors to ensure and improve manufacturability. Ability to travel 5% (domestic and international).
