Senior Data Scientist

We have partnered with a fast-growing, AI-first startup using advanced analytics and GenAI to solve messy, high-value data problems in the insurance space. They’re already well established in their niche and now scaling their core platform.

What you’ll be doing

• Building LLM-driven pipelines to extract insight from complex documents
• Developing agentic workflows that reason across multiple data sources
• Creating predictive models on enriched claims and financial data
• Working closely with engineering to ship robust, production-ready models
• Partnering with product and client teams on real-world analytics use cases

What they’re looking for

• 3–5 years in applied data science (or PhD + industry experience)
• Practical experience with LLMs, NLP, and unstructured data
• Solid grounding in statistics and ML
• Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments
• MUST HAVE Start-up experience
