Overview Role: Senior Data Analyst Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) Eligibility: Not open for H1b, H4 or OPT hiring The Senior Data Analyst will work on reporting and analytics initiatives for clients and end customers. This role will work in close collaboration with Customer Success, Product and Engineering teams. The analyst will be responsible for generating insights from Clean Room technologies, powered by client Clean Room as well as emerging industry solutions such as Amazon Marketing Cloud, Google Ads Data Hub, and more.
The role will primarily focus on developing visualizations, dashboards and reports that enable our customers to better understand their data and make data‑driven decisions. Responsibilities Lead measurement initiatives; develop KPIs and learning plans for end customers in support of their marketing objectives Develop, implement, and maintain analytic systems, tools, and frameworks that enable efficient analysis for customers Design approaches for observational analytics – including mining multi‑dimensional datasets and experimental methods to build templates and libraries of analysis that can scale across many different customer use cases and verticals Get hands‑on with customer data to drive insights, answer key business questions, and enable campaign optimization. Identify and communicate areas to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
Design and create rich, compelling visualizations with data Work directly with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate updates and findings, and build relationships Speak and present both internally and externally, leveraging data to tell a story and effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to business and technical audiences Team Collaboration Work closely with product and engineering teams to support and understand customers’ suite of measurement products and their respective methodologies Dive deep with internal and external clients to understand their measurement and analytical needs and translate them into product improvements Help design new offerings in the analytical space Design and develop insightful dashboards using a variety of data visualization tools to inform decision‑making for both internal and external stakeholders Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with expertise in measurement and attribution Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science or another quantitative field Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client‑facing environments Proven track record of creating and presenting data‑driven dashboards and presentations, effectively telling a story through insights, with hands‑on experience in Metabase, Tableau, and Looker Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, with the ability to explain complex concepts to different audiences AdTech industry experience required; familiarity with the TV industry is a plus Ability to independently prepare analysis using SQL, Python, Excel, and statistical methods Detail‑oriented with strong time management skills, delivering high‑quality, client‑ready analytical reports across multiple projects Comfortable presenting complex analyses to large, non‑technical audiences, while also being able to adapt to effectively communicate with technical audiences Preferred Skills Excellent communication skills – the ability to work cross‑functionally, with internal and external stakeholders, to translate product requests into features and analysis into business objectives Strong understanding of large‑scale data analysis, fine‑tuning of Spark jobs, and optimizing Spark SQL/PySpark models Interest, willingness, and demonstrated ability to quickly pick up new technology A self‑starter who brings energy, passion, and creativity to work every day Benefits Sogeti supports all aspects of your well‑being throughout the changing stages of your life and career. At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is 110K to 115K per annum.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full‑time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees. Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
