Senior Customer Success Manager - Veza

Overview

As Senior Customer Success Manager, you own the health and value realization for a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will drive deployment to durable operations, align internal teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes. You will engage CIOs, CISOs, and senior leaders to secure renewals and identify expansion opportunities.

You operate with high ownership in complex, integrated environments, guiding cross-functional execution toward long-term customer value. This role offers impact at scale within a security-focused, AI-enabled identity platform company.

• Own customer outcomes and align internal execution to success criteria
• Manage a portfolio of 10–20 strategic accounts with high-touch engagement
• Lead executive engagements with CIOs and CISOs and deliver value-focused reviews
• Translate product capabilities into quantified business impact and ensure value realization
• Own renewal posture, monitor adoption and escalation indicators, and mitigate risks
• Identify erosion signals early and mobilize cross-functional recovery efforts
• Coordinate Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and partners to drive execution
• Lead integrated account planning and foster a one-team approach

• 8+ years managing complex enterprise customers in SaaS or platform environments
• Proven track record in renewals, expansion, and long-term customer value
• Strong business and financial acumen with ROI-focused thinking
• Executive-level communication and presence
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, high-stakes settings
• Experience identifying risk and driving resolution
• Identity/security domain experience with governance or critical enterprise platforms
