Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Counselor based in Hyderabad. The Senior Counselor will provide expert guidance to students through comprehensive career counseling and personalized university selection. Responsibilities include managing application processes, supporting scholarship and financial aid applications, addressing students’ queries, and coordinating with international educational institutions.

The role also involves providing guidance on education loans, preparing students for tests, and assisting with the visa application process.
Qualifications

• Proficient in career counseling, university selection, and application assistance
• Familiarity with scholarship programs, education loans, and visa processing
• Strong skills in communication, interpersonal relationships, and student support
• Ability to manage test preparation guidance and provide tailored advice for students
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for individuals with counseling, education, or related backgrounds
• Proficiency in English and local languages is beneficial
