For further details visit our website www.jyotiworld.com Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong professional to manage RFQ evaluation, cost estimation, and end-to-end project execution for new product development (NPD). The role requires close coordination with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure accurate costing, timely RFQ submissions, and on-time project delivery.

Key Skills & Competencies: Technical Skills (Must Have) Strong knowledge of product costing & mould/tool costing Understanding of plastic processing, raw materials, and mould construction Experience in RFQ analysis and cost optimization Functional Skills Project management & planning (Gantt charts, timelines) Vendor management & negotiation MIS reporting and data tracking Behavioral Skills Strong communication & stakeholder management Problem-solving & analytical thinking Ability to work under tight deadlines Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Estimation & RFQ Management Perform technical evaluation of RFQs and prepare accurate cost estimates (product + mould/tooling) Act as single point of contact (SPOC) between Marketing and D&D teams for RFQ activities. Ensure timely RFQ submission with high accuracy and completeness.

Coordinate with suppliers/toolmakers for inputs required in costing. 2. Project Management (NPD) Plan and execute projects using Gantt charts / project timelines. Monitor project progress to ensure on-time delivery as per customer timelines.

Conduct regular cross-functional reviews and escalate risks proactively. Maintain project MIS, status reports, and documentation. 3. Cross-functional Coordination Work closely with Design & Development, Production, Quality, Purchase, and Marketing teams.

Handle technical discussions with customers to understand requirements and resolve queries. Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders. 4. Vendor Development & Management Identify and develop vendors for tooling, jigs, fixtures, and bought-out components.

Evaluate vendors based on QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Service). Track vendor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
