About the R ole We are seeking to appoint a Senior Engineer to play a key role in the delivery and continued growth of our business.

This is a senior technical and leadership role for an experienced Senior Engineer who is either Chartered or approaching Chartership, combining hands-on engineering with project delivery, client engagement and team leaders hip. Responsibi lities Lead the design and delivery of infrastructure projects across the UK and IrelandAct as Lead Engineer / Project Manager on small to medium-sized projects, or lead significant work packages on larger schemesUndertake, check and approve engineering design using Eurocodes and relevant UK st andardsOversee and review technical calculations, drawings, reports and specifi cationsManage projects through planning and consenting, including statutory approvals where r equiredLead engagement with public and private clients, local authorities, architects, developers and cont ractorsManage programme, budget and resourcing to ensure efficient and profitable d eliveryLead project QA, health & safety and sustainability conside rationsMentor and develop junior engineers, supporting technical and professional prog ressionContribute to winning work, fee proposals and early-stage project deve lopment Quali fications Degree or higher in Civil, Structural E ngineeringTypically, 5+ years’ relevant experience in engineering consultancy or c ontractingChartered Engineer (CEng / MIEI / MIStructE or equivalent) or working towards c hartership Req uired Skills Excellent capability across either civil / structural / geotec hnical designStrong working knowledge of Eurocodes and UK standardsResponsible for Team / Pro ject DeliveryResponsible for Team / Project Qual ity AssuranceTeam & Project Management r esponsibilityOversee a consistent quality of out put from teamContinuously innovate, improving quality & efficie ncy of output P referred Skills Excellent verbal and written comm unication skillsNegotiating, supervisory and l eadership skillsConfident communicator with experience engaging directly with clients and stakeholdersCommercially aware, with experience managing budgets, programm es and resourcesA collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others and takin g responsibilitySelf-motivated with the ability to work independent ly or in a team.
