Senior Business System Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to lead the end-to-end discovery and delivery of a greenfield enterprise Azure Data Platform from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Discovery & Facilitation: Run critical discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover deep technical and business requirements.
• Requirements Lifecycle: Translate business needs into clear, actionable Agile user stories and documentation for Dev and QA teams.
• Technical PO Ownership: Act as a Technical Product Owner, proactively anticipating downstream technical questions and surfacing edge cases.
• Bridge Business & Tech: Communicate seamlessly across corporate stakeholders and senior data engineers.

Core Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on BSA / Technical PO experience on data-focused projects.
• Proven track record on greenfield data platform builds (strongly preferred).
• Solid conceptual understanding of Azure Data Services (ADF, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric).
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, APIs, Relational DBs, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong diplomacy and stakeholder management skills in corporate environments.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
