We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to join our IT team and play a key role in the evolution of our enterprise data and analytics environment. Reporting to the IT Director, you will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to transform complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. This is an opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects involving Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lakehouse, OneLake, Synapse Analytics, Power BI, and modern data architecture. What You'll Be Working On Lead the analysis, design, and delivery of Business Intelligence solutions across multiple business units; Gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and actionable development plans; Support the evolution of our enterprise data warehouse and data platform within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem; Design and optimize data models, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration workflows; Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI; Ensure data integrity, governance, security, and reporting accuracy across the organization; Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams to deliver scalable analytics solutions; Participate in testing, validation, deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives; Contribute to data-driven projects that improve operational efficiency and business performance. What We're Looking For Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehouse environments; Strong hands-on experience with: Microsoft Fabric OneLake Azure Data Lakehouse Synapse Analytics Power BI DAX and Power Query Solid expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL/ELT processes; Advanced SQL skills; Experience with Python and PySpark; Experience gathering requirements and working directly with business stakeholders; Knowledge of Power BI security, Azure security models, RBAC, and RLS; Experience integrating data from APIs (REST/SOAP) is considered an asset; Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail; Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams; Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
