Senior Business Analyst

Job description Key Responsibilities:  Collect, analyze, and interpret complex business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.  Create and maintain detailed dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.  Develop and manage SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases, ensuring accuracy and integrity.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, marketing, and product teams, to translate business needs into actionable insights.  Provide detailed recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.  Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance and suggest improvements.  Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in reporting and data management processes.  Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve data analytics processes. Qualifications & Skills:  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.  Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a business analytics role, with proven expertise in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).  Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in data querying using SQL, advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis), and experience creating dashboards and visualizations.  Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze and interpret data to uncover insights that inform strategic business decisions.  Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and present solutions in a clear and actionable manner.  Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.  Attention to Detail: Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all analyses and reports
