Graduate degree required (MBA preferred), preferably in Finance, Banking, or related discipline. We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to work on CGI’s proprietary Trade Finance platform, Trade®. Trade® is a comprehensive, SaaS-based global trade finance platform supporting banking trade services across 80+ countries and + locations, serving more than 30, portal users.

The platform enables banks to deliver Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management services through a single, integrated system featuring advanced imaging, workflow, reporting, and XML-based integration architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance and experience in banking product implementation environments. Your future duties and responsibilities: Perform business requirements gathering, analysis, and functional validation. • Analyze and review functional design documents. • Prepare BRDs, Functional Specifications, and detailed use cases. • Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for development teams. • Provide functional clarifications during development and unit testing phases. • Define and contribute to test strategy ensuring coverage of stated and implied client requirements. • Support SIT and UAT cycles including test case preparation, execution support, and defect coordination. • Participate in client implementations (onsite/offshore) of Trade®. • Collaborate with client stakeholders, development, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must-Have Skills: • 4-8 years of experience in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance domains. • Strong functional exposure to: • Letters of Credit (Import/Export) • Bank Guarantees / Standby LCs • Documentary Collections • Supply Chain Finance (Payables Finance, Receivables Finance, Distributor Finance) • Open Account Trade • Experience in business analysis, functional documentation, and use case writing. • Experience supporting SIT/UAT phases. • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills. Good-to-Have Skills: • Experience working on trade finance platforms or core banking systems. • Exposure to SaaS-based solutions. • Understanding of XML/API-based integrations. • Knowledge of SQL. • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects in trade finance. #LI-SB15 Skills: Banking Business Analysis Supply Chain Management Testing Trade Finance
