Senior Business Analyst

Salary: £65,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements

• We need substantial hands‑on experience operating at a senior Business Analyst level.
• We need a track record in requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder engagement, and producing high‑quality written outputs for executive review.
• We need experience within the pensions industry.
• We need confidence facilitating workshops, influencing senior stakeholders, and navigating ambiguity in a complex organisation.
• We would value experience working within Agile and/or PRINCE2 delivery frameworks.
• We would value advanced Microsoft 365 capability, including Excel, and ideally Power BI.
• We are looking for someone able to lead, support, and mentor other colleagues to help achieve successful delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• We define business needs, analyse processes and data, and develop clear, practical solutions that support our strategic change portfolio.
• We lead complex business analysis activity across cross‑functional projects and programmes.
• We work closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams, and third‑party suppliers to understand priorities, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into structured requirements.
• We support solution design, testing, process improvement, and benefits‑led delivery.
• We ensure outcomes are clearly understood and aligned to business objectives.
• We facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to shape and deliver change across the PPF.
• We mentor and support colleagues to help deliver successful outcomes.

This is a permanent, full‑time Senior Business Analyst role based in a hybrid arrangement from our Croydon Head Office and remote working, with a salary of £62,000 to £67,000 per annum, a Civil Service pension, and other benefits.
