About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work at the heart of Magnit’s European organisation, playing a key role in shaping and evolving our technology platform. You will identify opportunities and risks early, translate business strategy into scalable solutions, and ensure delivery of tangible value for both internal teams and clients.

You operate at the intersection of business strategy, product, and engineering. From initial concept through to delivery and adoption, you own the business analysis discipline and help steer complex change in a fast-growing, international environment.

We work in an Agile, Scrum-based setup and value focus, adaptability, and strong collaboration in a rapidly changing landscape.

What You Will Do

• 
  
• Lead complex, cross-border technology initiatives from concept to delivery, starting with a market-wide sourcing platform for the Nordics region
  
• Partner closely with the Director of Product Management Europe to shape solution direction, priorities, and delivery approach
  
• Own the full business analysis lifecycle: opportunity assessment, process design, solution design, requirements definition, and value validation
  
• Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, senior leadership, and engineering teams
  
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs early, ensuring alignment and momentum in a fast-changing environment
  
• Support future initiatives such as supplier onboarding automation and AI-driven worker classification validation
  

What You Will Need

• 
  
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in technology-driven or complex organisational environments
  
• Proven experience leading business change and delivering solutions with multiple stakeholders
  
• Strong skills in process modelling, requirements engineering, and solution design
  
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes
  
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong plus
  
• Comfortable working in an international and culturally diverse organisation
