PMaspire Global Holdings Group is a comprehensive solutions provider in project management, PMO, and sales management education and technology. PMaspire is a global project management training and exam simulation provider having offices in Singapore, Canada and Bangladesh, helping project aspirants in 100 countries. The group encompasses three main companies: PMaspire, PMO Global Institute (PMOGI), and the Sales Management Institute (SMI), each tailored to support professionals and organizations in achieving excellence in their respective fields.
The position will be responsible for one of the business units of the group.

Job Context:
The Senior Associate, Central Management Office – Projects & Operations plays a critical role in supporting the CEO by ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives, organizational priorities, and cross-functional projects across PMaspire Group.
This position serves as the CEO's execution partner, coordinating with department heads, monitoring project progress, following up on key deliverables, tracking organizational priorities, and ensuring timely completion of business objectives. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong project coordination capabilities, sound business judgment, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Job Description:
- Manage project/programs and other functional activities
- Work closely with the top management with various initiatives.
- Coordinate training and ToT activities across PMOGI, PMaspire, and SMI Inc., including:
- Performance reporting of the departments and business heads
- Coordinate with existing partners and provide support on an as-needed basis
- Support research and development activities in the PMO space (e.g., surveys, publications)
- Participate in other strategic initiatives and tasks as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and event/webinar platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in volunteer engagement and partner liaison is a plus
- Basic understanding of PMO, project management, or certification landscape (e.g., PMP®, PMAC®) is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business operation and project management
Perks and benefits
- Fixed Salary: Rs 600,000/Yearly (Depending on Experience)
- Mobile Allowance: At actual (You will be provided a dedicated International Phone Number)
- Performance Bonus: Normally, 2-3 bonuses are disbursed per year. Performance bonuses will depend on both quantitative and qualitative assessment criteria.
