Role Description This full-time, Team Lead in Architecture and Interior Design role is based in South Delhi. The Team Lead will oversee architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion, including planning, design development, and coordination with consultants and contractors. Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, ensuring design accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations and project standards.

The role involves guiding and mentoring team members, allocating tasks, monitoring progress, and managing timelines and deliverables. The Team Lead will also participate in client meetings, present design solutions, address feedback, and support smooth execution on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling high end/ luxury residential projects, large scale Hospitality and Housing projects.
• Strong expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to lead design from concept to detailed drawings.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including scheduling, resource planning, and coordination with multidisciplinary stakeholders.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership skills, with experience in managing project teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Good knowledge of building codes, materials, construction techniques, and interior design detailing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and contractors.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi and out station, manage multiple projects, and handle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
