Senior Application Developer (Agile Solutions Delivery) Austin, TX Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programmer Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and developing software solutions, coding, testing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem‑solving abilities, and experience delivering solutions using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities Analyze complex business processes and system requirements to develop effective technology solutions. Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications and system enhancements. Write, review, and optimize code to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, defects, and production incidents. Prepare technical specifications, system documentation, and program designs. Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and development teams to gather and validate requirements.

Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions. Ensure adherence to coding standards, security requirements, and development best practices. Support application modernization initiatives and adoption of emerging technologies.

Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing activities. Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.

Maintain knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and software development practices. Assist with deployment planning, release management, and production support. Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in software development, systems analysis, and application support.

Strong experience in programming, coding, testing, and debugging complex applications. Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments. Strong understanding of application architecture and system design principles. Experience with data security, application integrity, and technology governance standards.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with enterprise information architecture and information management methodologies.
