Job Description

Senior Analyst โ€“ Asset Management โ€“ Office/Industrial Position will be responsible for the following: Work closely with asset manager on the oversight of institutional quality office and industrial assets located in primary and secondary markets across the country Prepare annual budgets and business plans with asset/property management teams to establish value enhancing strategic goals and objectives Oversee the implementation of business plans with local third-party property management Review property reports for accuracy and variances from budgets Review, edit, or write narratives or summaries for monthly, quarterly and annual reports; Prepare quarterly property valuations Coordinate and review annual property appraisals Perform ARGUS and Excel based real estate cash flow modeling Perform valuations of office and industrial real estate assets using the cost approach, income approach, (direct capitalization approach) and sales comparison analysis Conduct comprehensive market research to inform decision making Create, implement, and maintain various tracking criteria related to property operations and performance Assist asset manager in conducting property inspections โ€“ light travel necessary Assist property due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions Communicate with tenants as necessary Other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have: BBA in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Real Estate 3-7 years of experience working as an Analyst in a related position (Acquisitions, Portfolio Management, Accounting etc.) Strong analytical and organizational skills Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in financial modeling using Argus and Excel Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word & Excel Strong capacity to learn new software L&B Realty Advisors offers an excellent benefits package including vacation and sick pay, above-average holidays, PPO/HDHP medical/dental/vision plan, matching 401(k) plan, education assistance, health club reimbursement, and a business casual work environment.
