Job Description At Regions, the Mortgage Community Development Partner (CDP) will support mortgage production teams in driving lending activity within Low to Moderate Income (LMI) and Majority Minority Census Tract (MMCT) communities through field activation, coaching, and community engagement. Primary Responsibilities Support development and execution of market plans to increase lending in LMI/MMCT communities Conduct monthly performance reviews with Regional Managers and Production Managers Train loan officers on Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs, equitable outreach, and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) accuracy Partner with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Community Development Specialists to plan and execute CRA eligible mortgage events Build and maintain strong community relationships with local nonprofits, housing counseling agencies, and community partners Identify barriers to access and provide feedback to improve processes and products Support activation of CRA and Fair Lending strategies in the field Coach Regional Managers and Production Managers to improve LMI/MMCT penetration Support Regional Managers and Production Managers by coordinating and assisting with local events and DPA education, helping facilitate field execution while reinforcing leadership driven strategies This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Community Development, or a related field Four (4) years of mortgage, CRA, Fair Lending, or community outreach experience Preferences Experience working directly with mortgage loan officers Experience in financial education or housing counseling Skills and Competencies Ability to translate data into actionable field strategies Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) High degree of initiative and follow through Strong communication and facilitation skills Strong relationship and community engagement skills Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance Position Type Full time Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Job Range Target Minimum: $78,054.00 USD Median: $111,550.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan.
