Senior Analyst

Our client is actively looking for a corporate tax professional to become their new Senior Analyst in their Brisbane office.

It's the opportunity to join one of the world's largest network of Audit, Tax and consulting firm with over 100 years of experience supporting Australian businesses!

The role

You will be in charge of:

• Researching tax issues and draft technical advice and papers
• Preparing tax effect accounting work papers
• Building a strong understanding of key tax concepts (assessable incomes, allowable deductions...)
• Developing knowledge in advanced search areas such as Tax consolidation, structuring, dure diligence or foreign income

About you

We're looking for a motivated tax professional, with 2-3 years of experience and a genuine interest in corporate tax. To thrive in that role, you mostly need to be detailed focused, curious and able to communicate clearly in a team environment.

Essential skills

• Degree in business, Commerce or Finance with an accounting major
• 2-3 years of experience in tax analysis
• Demonstrated experience in corporate tax in a financial services environment
• You have a double degree in Business/Finance/Law with Accounting major
• Commenced or nearly complete a CA or equivalent
