Senior AI Engineer

We’re hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build and deploy production‑grade AI systems that solve real business problems. This is not a research role. This is for someone who knows how to take modern AI capabilities—LLMs, agents, retrieval systems—and turn them into reliable, scalable products.

You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering and applied AI, owning systems end‑to‑end from architecture through deployment. What You’ll Do Design and build AI‑powered applications using modern LLM frameworks Develop and optimize agentic workflows and multi‑step reasoning systems Implement retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search Own backend services that support AI‑driven features Evaluate and improve model performance, accuracy, and reliability Build guardrails to reduce hallucinations and ensure output quality Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate use cases into production systems Monitor, debug, and iterate on live AI systems in production What We’re Looking For Strong software engineering background with experience in production systems Hands‑on experience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar) Experience building AI applications—not just experimenting Proficiency in Python (or similar backend language) Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed systems Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS) Understanding of prompt design, evaluation, and model behavior Ability to work in ambiguous environments and move quickly Nice to Have Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph Background in building agent‑based or workflow‑driven systems Experience with fine‑tuning or model customization Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) Experience working with structured + unstructured data pipelines What Makes This Role Compelling High ownership across architecture, design, and delivery Work on cutting‑edge AI applications with immediate impact Fast‑moving environment with strong technical peers #J-18808-Ljbffr
