Theyre building AI products from scratch that directly change how the company operates and serves its highly loyal customer base. Its a small, start-up style team of six: non-siloed, everyone works together, works closely with stakeholders, and is expected to own the full lifecycle (requirements ? architecture ? build ? deploy ? production performance). Essential skill-set:- Senior Developer 10+years, Python or Typescript expert. Proven track record of working with high-complexity, high-traffic web applications at scale, with a minimum of 1 million users. Built highly transactional AI products used by large numbers of users in production.

Absolute min of 1+ year of production experience building Agentic AI products using LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI. Not side projects or academic work , real commercial AI products at scale! What theyre looking for - Senior-level experience on high-complexity, high-traffic web applications at scale, minimum 1 million users -Senior experience working with Python /Typescript web applications - 1+ year of production experience building Agentic AI products using LangChain, AutoGPT, or CrewAI (or equivalent). - Have built highly transactional AI Products that are used by a large number of users - Experience defining and applying criteria for LLM model selection (e.g., task fit, latency, cost, security, compliance) - Strong design and build experience with APIs and MCPs - Proven track record of performance, scalability, and security in large-traffic web apps. - Comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of your normal workflow. - Strong ownership mentality: you build it, you deploy it, you own it.

Preferred stack (They are just starting to build it for Use Cases you can impact and contribute) - Language: Python or TypeScript - Agentic framework: Production-level use of LangGraph, LangChain, or CrewAI - IDE: Cursor / VS Code - API/MCPs: Strong design and build experience - Databases: TBC - Security: Practical understanding of OWASP Top 10 (ideally including the LLM/GenAI extensions) What youd be doing - Working directly with stakeholders to turn requirements into Agentic AI products. - Designing, building, and owning end-to-end AI solutions, including architecture, implementation, deployment, and production ops. - Building on top of a core internal platform - Developing the companys gateway application that manages all inbound/outbound AI traffic from a security standpoint used by all software teams. - Deploying agentic AI products, monitoring them in production, and owning any issues. - Using AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code and similar tools) daily to accelerate delivery.
