$90,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

PSG has teamed up with a growing, stable company that’s excited to bring on a Senior Accountant to join their team! This is a chance to join a collaborative team with an exceptional work culture that offers a very flexible schedule!

Job Duties

• Prepare monthly financial statements, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Review income statements and ensure accurate transaction recording.
• Support management with financial analysis, variance reviews, and budget comparisons.
• Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank/investment accounts, and process payments.
• Prepare required reports for audits, lenders, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist with process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience preferred. (NetSuite / Great Plains)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
