Senior Accountant

Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Senior Accountant with a growing ecommerce company in the Seattle area. This role is responsible for supporting month-end close processes, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, and performing detailed financial analysis to explain variances and support decision-making. This role will also prepare board reporting packages and debt compliance reports, assist with audits, and contribute to system implementations and process improvements.

The ideal candidate has a strong Excel and ERP experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering accurate, high-quality financial reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Accounting or related, CPA ideal
• 3-5 years of progressive Accounting and/or Audit experience, with mid to large scale companies
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Able to thrive in a growing, dynamic environment

Salary: $100-115k
